Kettlebell results are only as good as the quality of the training they’re used for.

The foundational exercises like swings, Turkish get-ups and military presses appear deceptively simple. But the truth is, they need patience and practice to master. It takes skill to perform them correctly and earn the results they promise.

Taking the time to learn to use a kettlebell properly gets better results faster.

Only the very lucky have a good local hardstyle kettlebell instructor. Some things don’t change. It was the same for me starting out with kettlebells 15 years ago while living in rural Scotland.

But in those days online training wasn’t an option!  

For obvious reasons, online kettlebell training is a slightly different experience than in-person coaching. But it is still a fantastic option if you want top-quality coaching.
